- All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
- Orders are ship via International Registered Express Shipment (with tracking number) to ensure all packages are delivered safely (Fedex and DHL).
- International orders are charged by weight.
- All orders will be shipped within 3 days of confirmed payment & will come carefully packed in bubble wrap & shipped in a sturdy envelope. Some items may come to you in a box.
- Please make sure your drop-off mail location is secure and the shipping address you've provided is correct. QienzleyDesignStudio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Please provide a correct mailing address during check-out. Please make sure all addresses are correct as we will not refund for wrong address on your part. In the event of a returned or rejected package, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay re-shipment postage.
- If you made an error in your mailing address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the correct information. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. All customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties on all returned items.
- We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered.
- If the package is missing or disposed after delivery attempts by your local post office or courier company, we cannot be held for any responsibility for any unclaimed package.
- Express shipping to Asian regions usually take between 5-8 days and for the rest of the world will take up to 10 working days, give or take.

As this is a small business managed by only one person - yours truly, please allow 3 BUSINESS DAYS for me to prepare & dispatch your order. I normally go to the post office on MONDAYS OR FRIDAYS.
